If you've stayed at the Villa, you know the scene: sunrise surfs, wetsuits ready to be picked up and a breakfast table full of yogurt, fruit, granola, toast, boiled eggs and about ten other things but with everyone quietly building the same bowl every morning.
Our chef Aubrie watched this happen one too many times and decided to fix it. 😄
She took everything we already put on the table and turned it into proper combinations with a surfer fuel, tested by the person who feeds the whole villa. Here they are, so you can steal them at home or come try them at the source.

The bowls 🍨
The Classic — Yogurt + jam + granola
The Crunchy One — Yogurt + apple + peanut butter + granola + cinnamon
The Smooth One — Yogurt + pear + honey + cinnamon
The Kid In All Of Us — Yogurt + Chocopic + banana + peanut butter
The Fresh Start — Yogurt + orange + granola + honey
The Cereal Killer — Corn flakes or Chocopic + milk + banana + honey
Sweet toasts 🍞
Surfer's Fuel — Toast + peanut butter + banana + honey + cinnamon
The Morning Apple — Toast + peanut butter + apple + honey + cinnamon
The PB Deluxe — Toast + peanut butter + jam + granola
Savoury toasts 🍳
The Light One — Toast + cheese + turkey + cucumber + olive oil + salt + pepper
The Simple Egg — Toast + egg + tomato + olive oil + salt + pepper
The Full Morning — Toast + butter + ham + cheese + egg + salt + pepper
The Portuguese — Toast + chorizo + cheese + tomato + olive oil + salt + pepper
The Garden — Toast + tomato + cucumber + olive oil + salt + pepper

Why we bother 🌊
Breakfast at the villa isn't just food. It's the hour before Carcavelos or Guincho, when the forecast gets discussed, the groups get sorted, and nervous first-timers realise everyone else is nervous too.
Small things like this are why guests tell us the villa "feels a bit like home". Someone on the team sees a way to make your morning better and just does it.
Thanks Aubrie. 🙏
See you at the breakfast table (and in the water),
