Returning guests are what keeps us motivated. Every familiar face reminds us that hard
work makes happy people. With all the surf spots and schools in the world, the fact that
someone decides to come back to Surf Cascais — for the second, third, fourth or fifth
time — tells us that we are doing something right. And when the going gets rough we
just have to look at them to keep on improving. Next time, it will be even better.
Today we want to introduce you to two of these familiar faces: Berta and Claudia.
Sisters hailing from Catalonia, they first came to run away from covid. But what began
as a refuge from isolation turned into a yearly break from everyday life. They have
come three times since, each of them bringing nothing but smiles and happy vibes. One
is studying Law, the other Medicine, but when the exams are over, they hop on the
plane to Lisbon with one goal in mind: to have fun. To learn more about why they
