This is Stephanie’s second season teaching with us. Her sportive past and incredible work ethic helped her to learn everything quickly, and now everyone is asking for private lessons. But instead of being content with that, she keeps on improving, and so do her students.

Bica is one of those people who feels, breathes and lives sport. He is the one teaching and surfing during the weeks, and competing in triathlons during the weekends. He is an energy machine ready for all kinds of sports.
With his big smile and easygoing humor, the surfing is guaranteed to be fun and easy learning.
When you get that first wave, standing up & screaming of happiness, that’s when you see him at his the happiest too.

Pedro is probably the sweetest member of the team. Lots of patience, great manners & always a smile are attributes that characterizes him and make students love his lessons.
His Bachelor in Physical Education gives him all the tools needed to ensure the professionalism is always present in the water.

Tomas, the most intellectual surfer you will ever meet.
He will be your helping hand in the water as well as on land engaging in the deepest and most interesting conversations.
With years of experience in both surfing and bodyboarding, his passion for llearning and being in the water is hard to miss.
When not surfing or behind the front desk office, you will see him either studying and reading for his PHD in Philosophy, or in a faraway country relaxing in the shadow after a surf ;)
DAVID
FOUNDER & GENERAL MANAGER
David has a vast experience within the surfing world, not only as an experienced surfer but also as a Tourism expert, Surf Instructor, Local Guide, Dining Guru, and all-around point man. Born and raised in Lisbon and living in Cascais for the past 7 years, David has the local knowledge of where the best waves are, the best parties and restaurants in town and the best Lisbon attractions. Surfing since he was 13 years old and teaching people how to surf for the past 13 years, gave him the know-how to be a successful Founder & General manager of Surf Cascais. He has the Portuguese Surfing Federation Certificate for Surf Instructor and a Degree in Hotel and Tourism Management.

Kind and generous, Alizé keeps the house running. Everything she does includes a special detail, a kind of extra care that makes both guests and team feel special. The villa’s impeccable state is a testament to that, as is the the food that she serves. We ate truly lucky to have her, and so are you.
